Very poor customer service after our boat was bought and delivered. They agreed to deliver to Kenora, our $65,000 boat was delivered damaged, skeg was chipped, rock chips in front end. We had purchased a rock tamer through them & their dealer ship delivery truck had no rock tamer which we had asked to be put on. The deliverer drove through construction & our boat was delivered a mess. And to add...we bought the boat in June, they never had it ready until July 27th. It was like as soon as our signature was applied to the bill of sale, we no longer existed & customer svc was terrible! And that's putting it lightly.
The bill of sale had no breakdown of the added accessories, so essentially we have no idea what the amount was.
They said they would start an insurance claim to fix our boat...2 months later, phone calls to them each week & their manager Brodie Ball does not return calls.
This is the most poor svc we have ever experienced.
It is now September 20th and literally no returned phone calls, apologies, no insurance claim.
Upon delivery our 150hp Evinrude came with 0 oil in the reservoir and 0 gear oil for the steering. Brodie said there was no way as they had their shop sheet indicating it was topped up, nope!
We tell everyone who asks where we bought the boat to NEVER deal with these people! Yeah, we saved a bit of $ from having bought it in Manoyoba but had we had known about the headache we would have shopped in our district. (Employee: Westshore Marine & Leisure )

Hi Jessica,
Sorry to hear about your frustration with your purchase experience. We do apologize about the road hazards that were encountered in the delivery of your boat. I ensure you that is not the first impression we like to give our customers and I do assure you we weren't taking the back roads but unfortunately their are some factors we cannot control on a delivery such as oncoming/passing vehicles, loose rocks on the highway and road construction.
Even though we delivered this boat to you free of charge to Kenora and it got damaged at the end of the day it was in our custody so we said we will take care of it for you. We were hoping our insurance was going to cover the damages but after arguing with them for a few months and getting no where we decided to pay for the repairs out of our pocket and offered to pick it up and get it fixed, at no cost to you or your family.
In terms of no oil you must have been looking in the wrong spot. Every boat / engine is run up and a report is submitted to the manufacturers. If there is no oil or fluids you cannot run it up or submit the report to get registration paperwork.
You do have our personal numbers to text, email or call if you need to get anyone directly.
